Draft — pending legal review. This page describes, in good faith, what the Cantera Lab marketing website (canteralab.app) actually does today. It is not a substitute for legal advice and should be reviewed by counsel before this site is used to collect data from the public at scale. It does not cover the separate Cantera Lab product application, which has its own data practices for player, coach, and academy accounts.

What this site collects

This marketing site is intentionally simple. Today it can collect:

  • Waitlist / contact submissions — name, email address, and any optional details (such as academy or role) you choose to submit through a form on this site.
  • Standard web server logs — the kind any web host or CDN collects automatically (IP address, browser type, pages requested). No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are installed on this site as of the date above.

We do not require an account to browse this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through this marketing site — it is built for academy staff, coaches, and parents, not for direct use by minors.

How submissions are used

Waitlist and contact submissions are sent to an internal automation (built on n8n) that logs the entry and can trigger a follow-up email. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and, if you've joined the waitlist, to reach out about early access. We do not sell this information to third parties.

Cookies

This site does not currently set marketing or analytics cookies. If that changes — for example, if we add product analytics — this policy will be updated first, and this section will describe exactly what's collected and why.

Data retention & your rights

We retain waitlist and contact submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and evaluate early-access interest. If you'd like your information deleted or corrected, contact us using the details on the Contact page and we'll act on it.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes in a meaningful way. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
